Meet Nicole

I'm a pretty typical Wisconsin gal. Grew up on a road named after my family and now live on a road named after my husband's family. Our roots run deep!

I wear a lot of hats...some days more than others. One of my unique and defining qualities is my experience and interest in farming. I grew up on my parents' dairy farm that they still operate in northeast (Gresham) Wisconsin. The highlights of that upbringing include memories of father-daughter bonding time while riding in the tractor or milking cows, it was totally normal to wake up at 5 a.m. every day to do chores leaving barely enough time to get ready for school and my top five proudest moments all involve our county fair and/or FFA.

And since 2009, I can now call myself a bona fide farmwife, which has been a whole new perspective. My husband and father-in-law are crop farmers in southeast (East Troy) Wisconsin. With my growing involvement in this family farm, I've gained a whole new understanding of the decision-making process, risk management and personal sacrifice that goes into this vocation.

Along with my title of farmwife to my handsome hubby Ben, I also get to be "mommy" to two giggly girls (Rose and Molly) and market contact specialist with Beck Ag (a virtual marketing company based largely on experience sharing). At the core of my being and hopefully shining through everything I do is my "title" of Christ-follower.
